The vehicle is widely used in metallurgy, coal, chemical industry, building materials and other departments, large and medium-sized open pit stope loaded with water gun hole operation, the diameter of the gun hole is more than 100mm.
The emulsion explosive vehicle is mainly composed of automobile chassis, power output system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, fuel oil (oil phase) system, emulsification system, water and gas cleaning system, dry material batching system, water heating system, trace element addition system, spare tire device and hose drum device.
The emulsion explosive truck can be mixed with pure emulsion explosive and two kinds of emulsion explosive with up to 30% dry material. Aqueous phase, oil phase, sensitizer and preparation were performed at the ground station, while sensitization of latex matrix, dry material mixing and sensitization were performed on the vehicle.
Add the relevant raw materials to the relevant containers in the ground station before loading. The charging vehicle drives to the operation site, starts the force collector, put the infusion hose into the bottom of the hole, input the charge of the gun hole on the counter, press the start button, and the ingredient and mixing mechanism starts to work. The hose was slowly lifted, and the explosive was loaded under the water, which was discharged out of the hole. After the charge is loaded, move to the next hole, repeat the above procedure, and charge the next hole.
The explosive is mainly made of aqueous phase (ammonium nitrate solution), oil phase (a mixture of diesel oil and emulsifier), dry material (porous granular ammonium nitrate or aluminum powder) and trace element (foaming agent).
The water phase and the car pump on the pressure in the pipeline continuously into the emulsifier for emulsifying, emulsified emulsion gel injection mixture is mixed with porous granular ammonium nitrate (or aluminum powder) trace elements, mixed slurry through the funnel into the screw pump, the trace elements in the slurry after 5-10min foaming, form emulsifying explosives.

This kind of charging vehicle is multi-functional explosive field mixed loading, can be mixed with emulsion explosive, porous granular ammonium oil explosive and heavy ammonium oil explosive, water holes and dry holes are suitable.
It mainly consists of automobile chassis, power output system, spiral conveying system, hose drum, dry material box, emulsion box, electrical control system, hydraulic control system, fuel oil system and other components.
The latex matrix of the car is usually made at the ground station and pumped into the latex box of the car. It can also be used to make a latex matrix.
All kinds of raw materials of mixed explosives are loaded into each bin of the vehicle from the ground station and driven into the blasting site, and then the type of explosives is selected according to the site.
When the emulsifying explosive is selected, the latex pump and trace elements are started, and the latex matrix and sensitizer are pumped into the spiral conveying device. The evenly mixed slurry falls into the funnel by the dead weight, and the drug is loaded into the bottom of the hole through the pump, the hose drum and the drug hose.
When the porous granular ammonium explosive is used, start the feed spiral and fuel pump, and the evenly mixed explosive is sent into the gun hole through the side spiral.
There are two cases of heavy ammonium oil explosives: one is the porous granular ammonium oil explosives is the main screw, which is sent into the hole; the second is the explosive is pumped into the hole through MONO.
Delivery efficiency: 450 kg/min for spiral delivery; 200-280 kg/min for pumping
